2. Our delivery and shipping options:
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £60.
After we have accepted your order, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order prior to us sending your order out for delivery.
Customers will be contacted directly should we be unable to process orders in this time-frame. During peak seasonal periods, please allow up to 5 business days after we have accepted your order for your order to be processed and then sent out for delivery.

If you require Next Day Delivery – Express Courier Service can be arranged at customer’s expense. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post.
Shipping on average takes 3-6 working days.
If you require same day delivery – Express Courier Service via TaQBin, can be arranged at customer’s expense.
We will charge a flat rate of GBP £10.
Shipping on average takes 10 – 15 working days.
International deliveries are shipped either via Royal Mail or through our reliable couriers, and all parcels must be signed for. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at your delivery address. If you are not available to sign for your order, the courier will leave a telephone number for you make alternative delivery arrangements.
Customers that requests for Express Delivery, we will be using UPS Express Service at customer’s expense.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination, and are the responsibility of you and/ or the recipient.
During peak seasonal periods, please allow up to business days for your order to be processed. Delivery time scales for all international orders will vary according to the country of residence.
3. We aim to have your order processed within 48 hours. Any orders placed after 12pm (GMT +1) will be processed the next business day
4. Our Office Hours are Tuesday – Friday 9:00 to 18:00.
5. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
6. Orders without a valid contact phone number and email address will be cancelled and refunded immediately
7. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
8. All transfers conducted through Vitruvian Man online store are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Returns & Exchange
1. We do not accept returns and exchanges.
2. If you received the wrong product or defective merchandise please notify Vitruvian Man Customer Service via email email@example.com
3. For Faulty Products, we will pick up the incorrect items and get replacements. Please note we may ask for you to provide a photograph for our own quality control investigations.
4. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your item(s) are non-saleable.
5. Please note that if you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as a department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
1. Part of the service offered, such as the purchase of auto-replenish of Vitruvian Man products, may consist of an initial period, for which there is a one-time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you.
2. You will have the ability to specify how regularly you would like to order any auto-replenish products.
3. By choosing a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Services have an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
4. All recurring payments are fully earned upon payment. We may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice (receipt of which is confirmed by us) that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we reasonably could act. 5. Please provide current, complete and accurate information for your billing account. Please promptly notify us or our payment processor if your payment method is canceled (e.g., for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your user name or password. Changes to such information can be made at www.vitruvian-man.com or email email@example.com.
6. If you fail to provide any of the foregoing information, you agree that we may continue charging you for any use of paid services under your billing account unless you have terminated your paid services as set forth above.
1. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Site or through the Services. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
2. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your membership.
