Products
Our products are made of EcoCert certified ingredients and 100% natural ingredients. The finished products are not certified organic but the organic ingredients we use are certified organic.
We are free from parabens, phenoxyethanol, synthetic colours and fragrance. No alcohol, silicones nor animal ingredients. No petrochemicals, PEG/PPG, EDTA, MEA, TEA, DEA. No GMO. Product not tested on animals.
No. None of our products are tested on any animals. We will NEVER.
Yes – all of them are. We do not use any animal based ingredients. And of course no testing on animals, which is luckily (and about time) now a rule in the EU. We are in the process of getting Vegan certification, you will be first to know once we get it.
Yes! We care for you and our environment, all materials are recyclable. You can send us the empty containers and the packaging, we will gladly recycle it for you.
Of course! Although we specifically designed the product with you in mind, we have had feedback from satisfied female customers.
There are no nut or nut related ingredients in our products. To be certain, it is best to seek advice from your doctor.
All of our products are dermatologically tested, and during the tests, none of the subjects had any kind of reaction to our products.
Some of the customer feedback we have had so far is that people with different skin conditions like Eczema, Rosacea and Psoriasis, have found our products good to use, however that is only customer feedback. We do not have any medical claim and have not done any medical research on it.
You can test our product on a small patch of skin just to be sure. Of course if there’s any irritation, stop using the product immediately. When in doubt, ask your doctor.
It is actually quite the opposite. It is an ingredient commonly used in the industry in creams and products to soften and condition the skin. It also called a “fatty alcohol” and is in the products to stabilize the emulsion.
Germany. Vitruvian Man is formulated with our chemists in Hamburg Germany, then manufactured and packaged in Baden Baden Germany. We aim for the highest quality possible for you.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. You can also check your order by logging in to your account, simply click “My Orders” from your account dashboard.

To place an order, select the item in the item and quantity you prefer. Add to cart these items, checkout and follow the payment instructions onscreen.
If you’ve a discount code/gift voucher, simply key in the information at the checkout point.

Replenishment Service
Yes absolutely! You always have complete control over your deliveries. You can change your delivery frequency and quantity in the My Account section when you login to your account.
Changes to order can be made anytime up to 48 hours before your next order is supposed to be processed. However, there will be no return once the order has been shipped to you.
Please login to your My Account and go to Subscriptions. View the subscription and click on ‘Change Payment’ to do so. Please note there will be not return once the order has been shipped to you.

At the REPLENISH page, you can select your desired delivery frequency and then click ‘SUBSCRIBE’. Once you have selected your delivery frequency, it will automatically tell you when your next shipment is.
You will not have to worry about that, you will enjoy free shipping once you have sign up for our replenishment plan.
Replenishment service allows you to tell us which item you want delivered to you and how often. This way you will not have to worry about running out of Vitruvian Man products.
You get a discount up to 10% off when you request for replenishment service.
Your first order will be ship within 7 business days. All future orders will be processed depending on the frequency you chose. For example, if you place your initial order on 10th March and choose a 2 months delivery frequency, the next order date will be 10th May and the order will ship within 2 – 7 business days.
Your order will only be billed to the credit card used to create the replenishment. Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of each month, depending on the frequency of replenishment you picked. You may cancel any order up to 48 hours before the next order processing date.
For example, if you place your initial order on 10th January and choose a 1-month delivery frequency, the next order date will process on 1st of February and your credit card on file will be charged on 1st February. Once the transaction is successful, your products will then be ship to you within 2 – 7 business days. For next day deliver option, please contact us via email [email protected].
